SHIPPING POLICY
Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking link once it ships.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Email support@mansculpt.us with your order number. After 24 hours your order moves into fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 10–15 days of ordering. Some take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local courier conditions.
Tracking
Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our tracking page using your tracking number.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside revealing what's inside.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you.
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours, your mailroom and anyone at your address, and wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early). Then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it with a reshipment or refund.
